The terrace is located on the roof of the apartment building and is not a part of the apartment. It can be accessed via a staircase. The roof is divided into four parts, one for each top-floor apartment. The views from the terrace embracing the Kamnik–Savinja Alps as well as the Šmarna gora hill and Mt Triglav in their entirety are breathtaking.

The terrace has been designed as a garden with an outdoor kitchen, a sun-shaded seating area, as well as a herb garden featuring some ornamental plants.

The herbs are planted in raised garden beds. The floor between them is occupied by grass and stonecrop. Fragrant lilac and dwarf pine shrubs are growing in taller planters. The columnar yew in planters serves as a hedge and separates the space from the neighbouring terrace.

The terrace is equipped with an irrigation system that provides water for the greenery.
